| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product? |

Select the link below to request your Return Authorization or contact us at (866) 488-SHOE. We will provide a Pre-Paid UPS Return Shipping Label by email for your convenience. You will receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment once the item is received. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.

As of November 1, 2008 our return policy has been changed.
We want you to be pleased with the items you have purchased so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date that you placed your order and we will be glad to exchange the item at no extra expense to you.
Please return footwear in the original shoe box and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached.
*Please note that we do exchanges only and not refunds.

We will ship your exchange once the returned item is received. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to receive your exchange once it has been returned to us.
*Exchange requests received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
One(1) free shipping allowance per order on incoming exchanges. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all subsequent exchanges and requests after the 30 day period.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
International customers are responsible for all shipping fees on exchanges.
Shoes and handbags that are not in perfect, unworn condition will not be accepted for exchange. Shoes sent back for exchange with scuff marks on the sole, footprints on the footbed or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
