As of November 1, 2008 our return policy has been changed.
We want you to be pleased with the items you have purchased so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date that you placed your order and we will be glad to exchange the item at no extra expense to you.
Please return footwear in the original shoe box and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached.
*Please note that we do exchanges only and not refunds.
Select the link below to request your Return Authorization. We will provide a Pre-Paid UPS Return Shipping Label by email for your convenience (Domestic Customers only). We will ship your exchange once the returned item is received. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to receive your exchange once it has been returned to us.
*Exchange requests received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
One(1) free shipping allowance per order on incoming exchanges. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all subsequent exchanges and requests after the 30 day period.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
International customers are responsible for all shipping fees on exchanges.
Shoes and handbags that are not in perfect, unworn condition will not be accepted for exchange. Shoes sent back for exchange with scuff marks on the sole, footprints on the footbed or other signs of wear will not be accepted.
